Join Amber, Jen and Tiffani for one week of “Pure” Vida in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. Santa Teresa is considered to be a hidden gem, no all inclusive resorts, no big box hotels, an authentic Costa Rican experience. Perched on a hilltop, overlooking the Pacific Ocean and miles of white sandy beaches, our location is like no other.
If you are looking for a retreat with all the little luxurious you enjoy day to day, plus an ocean view and beautiful beaches, this is the retreat for you! Learn to surf, take 2 yoga classes per day, enjoy in house cuisine from our private chef or dine at one of the many locally owned great restaurants. Hike, zip-line,surf, explore! See all that this magical country has to offer. We fell in love with Santa Teresa and are so excited to share this experience with you.

What a Typical Day will look like:
8:3am Yoga practice
10am- 3:30pm -Free time to explore, lunch ,relax, hit the beach or catch some waves!
3:30pm – yoga practice
5pm – Sunset
6:30pm – Dinner

We are so excited to have Phillip cook for us again. Phillip is an incredible Chef and has cooked in some of the World’s best restaurants. We met him on our travels last year and are so excited to have him joining us on this retreat!

Local Fish Tacos and salad

Santa Teresa is located on the Pacific side on the South Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica.
Yoga Classes will vary between Vinyasa flow, Detox flow, Yin and include some meditation.
Classes are suited for all levels of students and are not mandatory to attend!

About the Teachers

Three talented teachers all on one retreat! Not only do we love to work together, but travel together too! We came together on this retreat to offer a unique experience of three amazing teachers with different styles, bringing our students a complete yoga experience. Known for creative, intuitive sequences you can expect of wide variety of classes ranging from vinyasa flow, yin and some meditation. Classes will be all levels, completely optional and will be sure to leave both body and mind nurtured, balanced and grounded.

WITH TIFFANI HARRIS
We invite you to this special 2 hour Yoga+Massage class Tiffani will guide you through a restorative yin practice with pranayama, and providing plenty of hands on adjustments and assists while RMTs will float the room providing different styles of massage allowing you to sink deeper into the pose and release layers of tension, heightening your experience and expand your state of relaxation and BLISS.

Gaining confidence as a Teacher takes time. One of the places where teachers feel least comfortable is adjustments.This workshop is specifically designed to take you through a process of understanding all of the factors that go into intelligent, effective adjustments.
Learn the main principles in giving correct, alignment-based adjustments. Using the power of touch to make your adjustments more meaningful, safe and effective. Practice hands on techniques using the principles of anatomy and biomechanics to complement everyBody.
Enhance your teaching by learning to offer yoga+massage to encourage students towards deeper relaxation.
Join Tiffani as she combines her passion for teaching, knowledge of anatomy and 10 years of experience as an RMT. Bringing it all together into one amazing workshop that will leave you walking away with the tools to enhance both your skills as a teacher and your students experience on the mat.
